DAVID WEAVER PRESENTS

Privacy notice

Effective November 2, 2026 · Publisher: The Black Nile LLC

The free launch.

The David Weaver Presents Roku application does not require an account, email address, or payment information. The service is being prepared for free viewing supported by advertising. Ad delivery is not yet active in the preview. Custom viewing analytics are disabled, and no payment is required.

Your saved list and progress.

My List and watch bookmarks are stored locally in the Roku registry. Bookmarks are retained for at least 30 days from their last update unless you clear them. They do not synchronize between devices. To clear them, press Options outside playback, select Clear My List and watch progress, and confirm. Removing the app may not clear all Roku registry records.

Website and media delivery.

Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers catalog metadata, artwork, and approved video and caption files through its Workers, R2, and content-delivery services. Those requests necessarily expose network information, including an IP address, requested resource, and device or client headers. Cloudflare may process delivery, operational, and security information under its service terms and privacy practices. We do not add advertising cookies, a cross-site tracking pixel, a custom viewing-event endpoint, or application request-body logging in this release.

This website does not require a customer account or set application cookies. Cloudflare may use security mechanisms needed to provide its services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not promise a retention period for provider-controlled operational data that we have not independently verified.

Roku and support.

Roku separately processes platform, account, device, usage, and diagnostic information under Roku's privacy policy. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords or financial information.

Children and updates.

The service is not directed to children. Title ratings and availability are reviewed as content is released. We will update this notice before introducing materially different data practices, including an account, advertising, or paid offering.
