DAVID WEAVER PRESENTS

Terms of use

Effective November 2, 2026 · Publisher: The Black Nile LLC

Welcome to DWP.

David Weaver Presents is an independent entertainment network founded by David Weaver and published by The Black Nile LLC. Its initial Roku service is free to install and use. No subscription, purchase, or customer account is required.

Content and availability.

Bankroll Squad's film and trailer are coming soon. No release date is promised. Artwork labeled Concept artwork represents development work and does not mean a finished film is available. A title is playable only when the app identifies it as available and supplies a Watch action.

You may use the service for personal viewing as permitted by applicable rights and Roku's platform terms. Content, artwork, and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the files.

Your device and connection.

Availability can depend on territory, rights, device compatibility, and internet service. Your internet or device provider may charge separately. We may update the app or catalog, correct errors, or remove content when rights or technical conditions require it. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific premiere date.

Saved information and future offerings.

You control My List and watch bookmarks through the app's Options menu. See the privacy notice for how information is handled. Advertising is intended to support free viewing. No paid terms apply to this release. Any future paid offering will have separately disclosed terms before it becomes available.

These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply by law.
